    • 专利摘要:
    A core setter for use in setting one or more cores in the mould impression in the rearmost of a number of mould parts placed face to face during conveyance towards a pouring line. The setter consists of an essentially L-shaped swingable arm (1), which is pivotally journalled around a vertical axis (2) and at its free end, opposite the pivot, it is provided with a core-retaining means (10), designed to accept cores in a position outside the moulding system and to deliver these into the mould impressions by a translational movement of the core-retaining means in the direction of conveyance of the mould parts.

    Claim
    1. Installation for the manufacture of bezopochny forms with a vertical connector
    and the insertion of rods containing; a molding chamber and a device for. the insertion of rods in the mold cavity, characterized in that, in order to simplify the design and ensure high accuracy of the placement of the rods, the rotor insertion device is a b-shaped lever fixed at one end on top of the molding chamber by means of a vertical axis, connected to the other end of the b-shaped lever by means of a drive and two guides.

    2. Installation pop. 1, characterized in that the vertical axis of rotation of the lever is located in the vertical plane of symmetry of the molding chamber.

    3. Installation under item 1, characterized in that it is equipped with a locking device mounted on the molding chamber to limit the rotary movement of the L-shaped lever.
